I always find water…nature really, refreshes my soul. Take time to breath in the air, pause to find the beautiful wherever you are and allow a little taste of peace to flood your spirit.

Be childish! Allow some of that youthful spirit to take over. Take a risk. Laugh loudly. Be uninhibited. By releasing yourself from some of the shackles of responsibility and adulthood, you can free up your creative side and allow joy to spring forth.

Passages to Renew You

bible-verses-2inspirational-bible-verses-for-nurses2

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.  For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.  So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4: 14-16
